MODULE 7
O ZI DE LUCRU BINE ORGANIZATĂ
How to organize your appointments, desk, and products to work without delays and chaos
A well-organized day does not start when the first client sits at the desk. It starts with realistically set appointments, a prepared desk, available tools, and products placed exactly where you need them.
In this course, you will learn how to organize your schedule so that clients don't overlap, how to calculate your actual working times, and how to set up your desk according to your dominant hand.
You will also learn how to organize your drawers, products, and supplies so that you no longer have to look for things during an appointment, your packaging remains clean, and your gels are stored correctly and do not leak.
PRE-LANSARE: Cursurile vor fi disponibile în contul tău începând cu 1 noiembrie 2026.
Maybe you can relate to this if…
- Your appointments are pushed back almost every day.
- The first client is late and the whole day gets thrown off.
- You book your clients without knowing the actual service time.
- You schedule appointments back-to-back, without time to reset the table.
- You don't have time to eat or take a break.
- You look for products during the appointment.
- You are constantly getting up from the table.
- You can't find the file, brush, or drill bit when you need it.
- You have too many products on the table.
- The drawers are cluttered and hard to clean.
- Clean products end up next to used items.
- Product packaging gets covered in dust.
- Gels spill, leak, or make the drawers dirty.
- You don't know how to organize the table if you are right-handed or left-handed.
- You forget to prepare certain products before the client arrives.
- You waste time between clients.
- You work very hard, but the day always seems chaotic.
- At the end of your shift, you are exhausted and still have cleaning to do.

- How to communicate when a service needs to be simplified or rescheduled.
- How to schedule your breaks.
- How to prepare the table before the first client.
- How to arrange your equipment and products if you are right-handed.
- How to adapt the setup if you are left-handed.
- How to organize your drawers by category.
- Which products should be within easy reach.
- Which products should not permanently occupy the table.
- How to separate clean items from used ones.
- How to keep packaging clean.
- How to store gels and liquids to prevent leaks.
- How to perform a complete reset between two clients.
- How to prepare for the next day before leaving the salon.
How do you organize your appointments
The schedule is not built based on the ideal time you would like to finish in, but based on the time it takes to perform the service consistently and correctly.
In the course, you will learn how to include the following in your appointment duration:
- Receiving and consulting with the client.
- Choosing the service and color.
- Removing previous product.
- Nail preparation.
- Application or maintenance.
- Design.
- Final photos.
- Payment and rescheduling.
- Cleaning and prepping the table for the next client.
If a service takes two hours, but you also need time for the consultation, photos, and resetting, you should not schedule the next client exactly two hours later.
How to find the real-time status of a service
You will learn to time your services in stages, without rushing and without sacrificing quality.
This allows you to identify:
- How long the preparation takes.
- How much time you lose looking for products.
- Which stage takes up the most time.
- Whether the design was included correctly in the schedule.
- Which services require a longer time slot.
- Where you can become more efficient through organization.
- Where rushing would affect quality or safety.
The goal is not to finish as quickly as possible at any cost. The goal is to eliminate wasted time and work at a steady pace.
The buffer between clients
Between two appointments, you need time for:
- Collecting used disposables.
- Transporting instruments to the designated processing area.
- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
- Changing single-use items.
- Preparing instruments and materials for the next client.
- Ventilating and reorganizing the space.
- Washing hands and personal preparation.
This time must be built into the schedule, not recovered by working faster on the next client.
How do you handle delays?
The schedule can only work if both the technician and the client respect the set time. In this course, you will learn how to communicate the rules regarding delays in advance and how to choose the right solution:
- Perform the full service if the delay allows.
- Simplify the design to respect the next client's time.
- Choose a shorter service.
- Reschedule when the remaining time does not allow for proper work.
- Consistently apply the delay policy.
You must not make the next client wait because the previous appointment started late. But you also cannot demand punctuality if you constantly arrive or start late.
Table setup for a right-handed technician
The products and tools used most frequently must be placed in the area where you can reach them naturally, without reaching over the client, the lamp, or the nail drill.
You will learn:
- Where to position the nail drill.
- Where to place the lamp.
- Where to keep your brushes and tools.
- Where to place your consumables.
- How to organize your working hand.
- How to keep the center of the table clear.
- How to reduce unnecessary movements.
- How to avoid tangled cords.
Organization must follow the order in which you use the products, not just look good in photos.
Organizing the desk for a left-handed technician
A left-handed technician should not automatically copy a right-handed person's setup. The positioning must be adapted to your movements and dominant hand.
You will learn how to logically reverse the organization so that:
- The equipment does not block your movements.
- Frequently used products are on the correct side.
- Cables do not cross the workspace.
- You do not reach over the client.
- You can work comfortably and with control.
- You reduce fatigue caused by repetitive movements.
What you should have on the table
Only what you are using for the current service should be on the table.
Before the appointment, prepare:
- The necessary tools.
- The appropriate files and consumables.
- The drill bits.
- The brushes.
- The technical products required for the service.
- The color and materials for the design.
- Protective equipment.
- Consumables for cleaning and disinfection.
Products that you are not using should not be opened or moved unnecessarily during the appointment.
How do you organize your drawers
Drawers should help you find products quickly and be easy to clean.
You will learn to organize them by category:
- Preparation and adhesion products.
- Bases, gels, and builder materials.
- Colors.
- Top coats and finishing products.
- Clean brushes and tools.
- Prepared drill bits.
- Disposable supplies.
- Design products.
- Backups and stock.
- Station cleaning materials.
Products should not be crammed on top of one another. Each category must have a fixed place so that you can quickly notice if something is missing.
How to keep products clean
Dust generated during work easily settles on containers, lids, and brushes. If you touch packaging with contaminated gloves or leave them open on the table, you can soil the products and the entire workspace.
In the course, you will learn:
- How to reduce the number of containers on the table.
- How to close products after use.
- How to clean the outside of packaging.
- How to separate used brushes from clean ones.
- How to keep dust out of drawers.
- How to clean organizers.
- How to handle products without contaminating lids and containers.
How to store gels and liquids
Gels must be stored correctly to prevent leaking, soiling drawers, and unnecessary exposure to light or heat.
You will learn:
- How to keep containers in a stable position.
- How to check and clean the thread and lid.
- How not to overload drawers.
- How to use organizers that keep containers upright.
- How to keep products away from lamp light.
- How to avoid proximity to heat sources.
- How to quickly spot a damaged or leaking container.
- How to separate products used daily from backup stock.
Resetting the table between clients
Resetting doesn't mean shoving products into a drawer and welcoming the next client.
You will learn a clear process:
- Remove used disposables.
- Move instruments into the designated container.
- Clean up dust.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment.
- Change covers and disposables.
- Wash your hands and change gloves.
- Prepare instruments and products for the next service.
- Check that the station is fully set up before inviting the client in.
Organization before and after work hours
At the start of the day, you check:
- Appointments and booked services.
- Requested models or designs.
- Available tools.
- Stock of necessary products.
- Operation of the lamp, drill, and vacuum.
- Consumables for the entire day.
- Breaks and reset intervals.
At the end of the day:
- You clean and reorganize the table and drawers.
- You send the tools through the established circuit.
- You check the products that need to be replenished or replaced.
- You prepare the requirements for the following day.
- You note delays, repairs, and actual times.
- You leave the space ready for a fresh start.
More organization. Less time wasted.
After completing the course, you will have clear guidelines for:
- Setting realistic times for each service.
- Introducing a buffer between clients.
- Avoiding delays throughout the day.
- Managing tardiness correctly.
- Including breaks in your schedule.
- Preparing the station before the client arrives.
- Organizing the station for right- or left-handed use.
- Finding each product quickly.

- Preventing product leaks and damage.
- Reducing unnecessary movements and trips.
- Correctly resetting between clients.
- Working more fluidly without sacrificing quality or hygiene.

- You want a calmer and more predictable workday.
It is not for you if…
- You do not work and do not intend to work with clients.
