REFUNDS

Payment made through the www.onenailacademy.com website is non-refundable. The price is non-negotiable and non-refundable if the beneficiary does not attend the course or if the student is dissatisfied with certain aspects of the course, given that the curriculum is presented before enrollment in the course.

RESPONSIBILITY

The provider assumes no responsibility for isolated technical issues that may arise for certain participants in online courses (poor internet connection, problems with the device used, etc.).

ONLINE COURSES

Amounts paid for online courses (video courses, e-books, webinars, or other digital products) are non-refundable under any circumstances. Access to online courses is provided immediately after payment is made, and once paid for, the course remains valid for the period specified in the Terms and Conditions of Use (1 year from the date of purchase).

Refund requests are not accepted for non-attendance, lack of interest, a change of mind, or a discrepancy between the student’s expectations and the course content, as the complete description is provided before purchase.

GENERAL CLAUSES

All details about the content and structure of the courses are available on the platform before purchase. The student is responsible for reading this information before making payment.

The provider assumes no responsibility for personal circumstances (illness, lack of time, schedule changes) that prevent the student from participating.

The provider is not responsible for technical issues related to the internet connection, the device used, or the student’s lack of digital skills.
