From the salon to an academy without borders

I am the founder of 111.ro and the ONE brand. But above all, I have been a nail technician for 11 years and a trainer for 5 years.

I have gone through every stage a technician goes through: the first unsuccessful sets, long hours of practice, the emotions surrounding every result, and the moment when you feel you have gained enough experience to pass it on to others.

This desire led to the creation of the first online course platform we built. In four years, we have reached more than 11,000 students in Romania. It was more than just a project. It was proof that good information, clearly explained and correctly applied, can transform not only working technique but also a technician’s confidence in her own profession.

The next step: ONE Nail Academy

Today, we are taking the next step: ONE Nail Academy.

It is the platform through which we take the ONE brand and our courses beyond Romania. We are developing accessible courses in Romanian, English, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, and German, including for students in Austria.

I am not building this project alone. I work alongside the academy’s trainers and professionals from the nail industry, each with real experience and their own area of specialization. Our goal is not simply to add more courses, but to raise the standard of the industry through practical, up-to-date education that is easy to apply in the salon.

Products and education, moving in the same direction

Under ONE, we also develop the products we use every day in the salon: the 111 by One line. Bases, gels, and crystals formulated without HEMA or TPO, created for technicians who need products they can rely on, not just beautiful colors.

ONE Nail Academy and 111 by One are not two separate brands. They are the same philosophy, expressed in two ways:

That’s why the first ONE Nail Academy course is built around 111 crystals. What you learn in the course can be applied directly in the salon, using the materials you work with every day. No theory disconnected from practice. No information that is difficult to adapt.
